well, hello from houston texas. i landed to see water falling from the heavens in record fashion it seemed. it even seemed like some of it was coming up from the ground. strange indeed.

too bad he didn't come in the combo of "rental car/robot". we coulda had fun. oh well.
then i went to Kenny's bachelor party on friday night. it was a cowboy theme. i didn't get the memo. But kenny did:
"somebody's poisoned the waterhole!!!!!"
anyways, then i hung out at home for a day and a half. now im here. in houston, getting to dine at such fine establishments as "Ragin Cajun Po-Boys". i mean really - does it get better?
i want a giant crawdad with glowing eyes. dang.

The face of America....trying to get where they're headed.
A two and a half hour delay means less than 24 hrs home. Days off like that will fly by.....it turns into the kind of day I liken to Christmas shopping - you have to make a list and be quick; otherwise, you lose the whole day to traffic and thoughts like, "um, what else did I need to do?"
Oh, Chicago. I love you, except when I'm flying through you.

View from backstage at the fest in Cleveland, as 27000 people sing, "my chains are gone, I've been set free....." beautiful moment. 300 voice choir. Beautiful.
Had a great set today. People really sang along- even In the heat.
Home tomorrow, then off to New York the next day. Oh well....one more week until vacation. Were all holding on an waiting for that :)
